The Landesförderinstitut Mecklenburg-Vorpommern (LFI M-V) is a legally dependent division of NORD/LB Norddeutsche Landesbank Girozentrale and serves as the central funding agency of the state. Under the guiding principle "Advise. Support. Finance." the LFI M-V promotes a sustainable and future-oriented development of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. Target groups
The funding programs of the LFI M-V are aimed at founders and start-ups, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), municipalities, districts and public institutions, associations, federations and non-profit organizations, as well as private individuals (e.g., for modernization and barrier reduction in living spaces). Projects are supported in the areas of economy, infrastructure, housing promotion, agriculture/forestry/fisheries, climate and environmental protection, as well as cultural and sports projects. The focus is on needs-oriented, sustainable, and inclusion-promoting measures.
