The Leadership-Kultur-Stiftung is a legally recognized public foundation under civil law, headquartered in Landau/Pfalz with an office in Dortmund. Since 1979, it has promoted leadership culture in professional and societal fields of action through part-time study programs, practice-oriented seminars, workshops, symposia, as well as research and consulting projects. Its aim is to comprehensively strengthen the action competence of leaders in business, industry, science, culture, politics, administration, education, sports, health, and social services.

Mission & Vision
The Leadership Culture Foundation is committed to establishing a culture of leadership in all professional and societal sectors. Our goal is to sustainably strengthen leadership competencies through scientifically grounded, practice-oriented training programs and research projects, thereby contributing to the development of future-oriented corporate cultures.
Target groups
The funding and further training programs of the Leadership Culture Foundation are aimed at executives in manufacturing and service companies as well as social organizations with relevant experience in leadership positions, emerging leaders aspiring to more demanding leadership roles, experienced managers from all sectors of society, university graduates from all disciplines seeking an additional academic qualification, and graduates of a recognized vocational training program.
