About the funder
The Lethmate Foundation is a non-profit private foundation based in Wietmarschen near Lingen. It is dedicated to supporting children and young people, particularly in the fields of education and music. Since its inception, it has provided financial resources and professional guidance to both individuals and institutions (e.g., schools, music schools, social organizations). Each year, the foundation commits several tens of thousands of euros to projects aimed at the early development of musical talents, the promotion of cultural diversity, and the support of educational initiatives in the Emsland region.

Mission & Vision
Our mission is to empower talented but financially disadvantaged children and young people in their personal and musical development. We support projects that offer an individual, practice-oriented learning culture, thereby contributing to educational equity, social participation, and cultural diversity in the Lingen/Emsland region.
Target groups
The funding programs of the Lethmate Foundation are aimed at children and young people with musical interest and talent who require financial support; at institutions (schools, music schools, social organizations) in the Lingen/Emsland region that offer projects in the fields of education, art, and culture; as well as at projects to strengthen the cultural identity of the city of Lingen as a "rock metropolis."
