About the funder
The LIFT Foundation – Foundation for Vocational Education in Lippe was established to continue the successful work of LIFT e. V. It primarily supports the personnel and material resources of vocational colleges and other training and further education institutions in the Lippe district. Since 1986, LIFT e. V. has been committed to the dissemination and application of new technologies in vocational training and has initiated numerous training, advanced training, and continuing education measures over the years, as well as projects for integrating modern technologies into teaching and learning processes.

Mission & Vision
We are committed to sustainably strengthening vocational education in Lippe by supporting training centers, vocational colleges, and educational providers with technical equipment, laboratory facilities, and further training opportunities. Our goal is to optimally prepare young people for the transition from school to work and to promote the use of new technologies in training.
Target groups
Our funding programs are aimed at vocational colleges as well as training and continuing education institutions in the Lippe district. We support trainers and educational institutions in providing modern technical equipment and teaching materials to train learners in handling new technologies and to enhance the attractiveness and quality of vocational education in the region.
