About the funder
The Liz Mohn Foundation is a non-profit, operational foundation under private law based in Gütersloh. It continues the previous activities of the Liz Mohn Center gGmbH and the Liz Mohn Kultur- und Musikstiftung under one roof, consolidating formats such as the International Singing Competition NEUE STIMMEN, the Salzburg Trilogs, Leadership Camps and Executive Trainings, as well as the annually published Relevance Monitor Culture. The foundation acts worldwide as a bridge-builder for dialogue and knowledge transfer and is committed to the fields of international relations, contemporary leadership, culture and music, as well as the promotion of young talents.

Mission & Vision
The Liz Mohn Foundation aims to accelerate global knowledge transfer through innovative programs and events in order to improve the quality of leadership decisions in politics, business, and culture, strengthen international understanding, promote cultural and music education, and support young people in their personal development and social participation.
Target groups
The funding is aimed at leaders and decision-makers in politics, business, and culture, international multipliers who promote dialogue across borders, young talents – especially vocal talents within the framework of the NEUE STIMMEN competition as well as other talent development programs – as well as children and adolescents in schools and young people who are to be involved early in social processes and strengthened in their creativity and leadership skills.
