Lotto-Toto GmbH Sachsen-Anhalt is the state provider of lotteries and sports betting in the state of Saxony-Anhalt and is owned by the federal state. The company organizes, among others, LOTTO 6aus49, Eurojackpot, Spiel 77, SUPER 6, GlücksSpirale, TOTO, as well as the unique instant lottery Rubbel-Luzi in Saxony-Anhalt. Additionally, KENO and plus 5 are offered daily, and since February 2024, KENO easy and plus 5 easy are also available at contract-bound sales outlets. In 2023, the total stakes amounted to approximately EUR 211.9 million. Since its founding in 1991, 126 residents of Saxony-Anhalt have won 126 million-euro prizes through LOTTO, with the highest prize to date being EUR 45 million. With around 80 employees, eight trainees, and a network of approximately 630 LOTTO sales outlets, the company pursues a transparent, reputable handling of all business processes and is certified according to ISO 27001.

Mission & Vision

Lotto-Toto GmbH Sachsen-Anhalt is committed to offering responsible gambling in accordance with legal regulations and the highest security standards. Through its offerings, it promotes leisure activities in Saxony-Anhalt on the one hand, and on the other hand, it directs up to 25% of the stakes as lottery funding directly to charitable projects in sports, culture, the environment, social affairs, and monument preservation. Transparency, integrity, and a commitment to the common good form the basis of its actions.

Target groups

Non-profit clubs, associations, and institutions in Saxony-Anhalt from the fields of sports, culture, monument preservation (especially church monuments), social affairs, and environmental protection are supported. Projects of all sizes can be applied for annually: applications up to EUR 15,000 are decided by the management, while projects exceeding this amount are decided by the advisory board and supervisory board. Particular focus is placed on projects with statewide or supraregional significance.
