LUCCA Foundation
About the funder
The LUCCA Foundation is a non-profit civil law foundation founded at the end of 2014 in Wiesbaden by Dr. Renée and Armin Jaschke. Out of gratitude for the fact that they and their children received almost free education in Germany and are able to live under stable social conditions, they are committed through their foundation to promoting awareness and alternative ways of thinking and behaving. The LUCCA Foundation primarily supports cultural, educational, and mindfulness-based projects to create spaces for children, adolescents, and (aspiring) leaders where they can develop their talents and sense of responsibility. Initiatives include, among others, research projects on the personality development of students, educational festivals, international music retreats, as well as programs on Mindful Leadership.

Mission & Vision
The LUCCA Foundation aims to empower people – especially young individuals and future leaders – to discover their individual potentials, to act with empathy and responsibility, and to develop long-term creative solutions for social and ecological challenges. By promoting self-reflection, mindfulness, and cultural education, the foundation creates networks in which community experience, self-efficacy, and ethical action can flourish.
Target groups
The offerings of the LUCCA Foundation are aimed at several target groups: children and adolescents, to strengthen their self-awareness, creativity, and problem-solving skills; parents, educators, and teachers who support the promotion of individual potentials; students and universities seeking to implement cultural and creative educational projects; as well as (aspiring) leaders in business, society, and politics who wish to embed mindfulness and ethical responsibility in their leadership style.
