About the funder
The MMM Foundation is a non-profit legal foundation under civil law based in Hamburg. Founded in 2022 by Margarete and Michael Ollmann together with their son Marc Phillip Ollmann, it aims to sustainably support and promote young people. The foundation combines financial grants with personal support through mentoring, coaching, and network facilitation. With a six-member team and the offer of individual funding programs, the MMM Foundation seeks to enable the development of potential and strengthen young talents on their educational and professional paths.

Mission & Vision
Well-educated and ambitious young people are the future. Therefore, we support and promote young individuals both financially and through personal guidance on their individual path of potential development.
Target groups
The target group of the MMM Foundation consists of ambitious and motivated children, adolescents, and young adults aged 15 to 25 who possess special talents and ambitions but are limited by financial barriers. The foundation is aimed at young people who wish to fully develop their potential and can benefit from individual mentoring and support.
