The Ostsee-Jugendstiftung is a non-independent, charitable foundation administered by the Stiftung Jugendarbeit Schleswig-Holstein, which has been supporting projects in cultural, social, and political youth education in the Baltic Sea region since 2004. It provides flexible and unbureaucratic funding sources for youth and internship exchanges, voluntary services, own initiatives, and other educational measures, aiming to support where public subsidies are lacking.

Mission & Vision
The Ostsee-Jugendstiftung promotes the idea of European unity among young people in the Baltic Sea region. It prepares young individuals for increased mobility requirements and enables the acquisition of linguistic and intercultural skills. Through unbureaucratic support, it contributes to equal partnerships and strengthens youth education work in the Baltic Sea area.
Target groups
The target group of the Ostsee-Jugendstiftung includes young people as well as youth associations and organizations in the Baltic Sea region that plan and implement youth exchange programs, youth encounters, internship exchanges, voluntary services, and other youth education projects.
