Mission & Vision

Our goal is to advance medical research in the field of nephrology through targeted financial and material support. We aim to enable new insights in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of kidney diseases, so that lives can be saved, extended, and the quality of life for those affected can be sustainably improved. In doing so, we place special emphasis on recognizing outstanding scientific achievements and on broad public outreach regarding the topic of organ donation.

Target groups

Our funding programs are primarily aimed at scientists, medical research groups, and students in the field of nephrology, as well as at non-profit organizations and public institutions conducting clinically relevant projects in kidney research. Furthermore, we support initiatives and campaigns dedicated to raising awareness and educating the general public about organ donation.
