About the funder
The PE Foundation was established in 1991 following the completion of the insolvency proceedings of the Dual Group. It is a non-profit corporate foundation of Perpetuum-Ebner GmbH & Co. KG. The purpose of the foundation is the preservation and creation of jobs in the regions where plants of Perpetuum-Ebner GmbH & Co. KG or Dual Gebrüder Steidinger GmbH & Co. KG formerly existed. The foundation achieves this directly and through financial support of third parties. Specifically, it promotes qualification and further training measures for employees, technology transfer, technical and vocational education, investment grants for inter-company training centers, as well as scientific work on regional development.
