Raiffeisen-Stiftung für Main-Spessart

The Raiffeisen Foundation for Main-Spessart is a legally independent, non-profit foundation of Raiffeisenbank Main-Spessart eG. It pools funds from founders, donors, and bank contributions to support projects in the Main-Spessart business area that are not (sufficiently) covered by public funds. The foundation particularly supports charitable, benevolent, and church-related initiatives in the fields of nature conservation & landscape management, youth & elderly care, arts & culture, education, general & vocational training including student aid, as well as sports. Its actions are guided by the cooperative values of solidarity, responsibility, proximity, and partnership.

Our fundamental philosophy is to contribute to the improvement of individual and societal living conditions in our region and to preserve as well as further enhance the attractiveness of this living environment. We translate cooperative values such as solidarity, partnership, and responsibility into concrete support measures to create a living environment where all generations live gladly, safely, and with a positive outlook on the future.

The Raiffeisen Foundation for Main-Spessart is aimed at non-profit initiatives, associations, church organizations, and institutions within the business area of Raiffeisenbank Main-Spessart eG. Projects that are locally rooted, can be implemented promptly, and make a sustainable contribution in the funding areas of nature conservation & landscape management, youth & elderly care, arts & culture, education & training, student assistance, as well as sports, are supported.
