Mission & Vision

The foundation honors and respects the will of its founder Reinhard Frank and continues to fulfill his wishes. In line with his own experiences during the National Socialist era, it promotes international understanding, particularly in Israel, the USA, Germany, England, and Switzerland. It supports young people and adolescents who are unable to pursue an uninterrupted educational path in undertaking, continuing, and successfully completing scientific and technical training and studies. Furthermore, it ensures early basic care for children from socially disadvantaged families, alleviates distress in existentially threatening situations, and is committed to services for the blind. The foundation remains politically, ideologically, and religiously neutral.

Target groups

The funding is aimed at adolescents and young people without an uninterrupted educational pathway, particularly those from socially disadvantaged families, as well as families in existential need. Another focus is on supporting visually impaired individuals within the framework of assistance for the blind. The foundation concentrates on scientific-technical courses of study and professions.
