The Vereinigte-Volksbank-Stiftung respektplus is a legally recognized, non-profit foundation under civil law based in Osnabrück. Founded on May 23, 2024, by Vereinigte Volksbank eG – Bramgau Osnabrück Wittlage, it supports projects and initiatives in the Osnabrück region that prevent violence, agitation, discrimination, and bullying, as well as assist those affected. The focus is on prevention programs in schools, awareness campaigns on social media, trauma and victim support for women and children, and the promotion of equality, tolerance, and solidarity.

respektplus is committed to the inviolable dignity of every human being. The foundation's mission is to promote respect, freedom, and self-determination for all, regardless of origin, gender, religion, or social status. It actively advocates for equality and solidarity in society and combats violence, incitement, and bullying through financial support of sustainable, local prevention and aid projects.

Eligible for funding are non-profit organizations, associations, educational institutions, local initiatives, as well as public-law entities from the Osnabrück region. The prerequisite is that the proposed projects contribute to the prevention of violence, agitation, or bullying, promote equality and tolerance, or provide concrete assistance to victims of violence. Individuals may apply as part of such organizations.
