ROMIUS-Stiftung
About the funder
The ROMIUS Foundation was established in 2007 by Roche Deutschland Holding GmbH, Roche Diagnostics GmbH, and Roche Pharma AG as an independent, non-profit foundation under civil law. It exclusively and directly pursues charitable purposes in public health and supports projects in the fields of science and research, aid for people in need, development assistance, and international understanding. The foundation utilizes the resources and expertise of Roche, collects donations through employee initiatives such as the Roche Children’s Walk, and coordinates the use of funds without administrative costs. All Roche Germany employees can submit project proposals, which are reviewed by the foundation board and financially supported if deemed suitable.
