Mission & Vision
We inspire young people to engage and organize youth participation. We offer education, counseling, peer formats, as well as financial support, and act with a focus on democracy and diversity. We connect youth work with all areas of society, operate throughout Saxony, and collaborate with regional structures. In this way, we work towards a youth-friendly society with a diverse democratic landscape and strong youth work.
Target groups
The programs of the Sächsische Jugendstiftung are aimed at young people in the Free State of Saxony, particularly youth groups, self-managed youth clubs, initiatives, and youth work organizations. Funding is provided for young people aged approximately 12 to 27 who engage socially in projects, help shape their living and educational environment, and wish to experience democratic participation processes. In exceptional cases and for extracurricular projects, school support associations, clubs, and municipal organizations may also submit applications.
