Mission & Vision
Our mission is to sustainably promote the social participation of people with a migration background in North Rhine-Westphalia and to actively counteract discrimination. As a granting authority, we create transparent, unbureaucratic access to funding, strengthen exemplary integration projects, and support integration agencies and service centers with the aim of achieving a respectful, inclusive coexistence within social spaces.
Target groups
Natural persons and legal entities under public and private law are eligible for funding, in particular non-profit associations, clubs, and institutions of independent welfare organizations. The funding programs target initiatives and organizations that implement integration measures, intercultural events, and anti-discrimination services. Specifically, for integration agencies and service centers, only member organizations of the umbrella associations of independent welfare organizations in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) are eligible.
