Mission & Vision
The Integration Section aims to strengthen the effective integration of third-country nationals in Austria. Through targeted funding programs and measures, it seeks to promote language acquisition, social participation, and entry into the labor market, thereby enabling inclusive and diverse coexistence.
Target groups
Third-country nationals with a long-term residence perspective in Austria are eligible for funding, including persons with refugee status, subsidiary protection status, and displaced persons according to § 62 Asylum Act. Close relatives may participate in projects if their necessity is proven. The focus is on women and young people; asylum seekers are excluded from integration measures.
