The Sparkasse Wolfach Foundation is a non-profit foundation of Sparkasse Wolfach, which aims to sustainably promote the development of the Wolf and Kinzig Valley region. The available funds are generated from the returns on the foundation's capital and distributed annually. The foundation's goal is to improve the quality of life of the citizens by financially supporting projects that serve the common good. Among others, measures in the areas of child and youth welfare, elderly care, arts and culture, club and school sports, education, general and vocational training, heritage preservation, welfare services, fire, labor, disaster and civil protection, as well as healthcare and health services, are supported.

Mission & Vision
"Sparkasse Wolfach. Good for the region." – in accordance with this guiding principle, the Sparkasse Wolfach Foundation aims to support activities that particularly serve the common good within its business area. The foundation seeks targeted and sustainable funding to strengthen and accompany the regional community in the long term.
Target groups
Only non-profit associations and public institutions operating within the Sparkasse Wolfach business area are eligible to apply. This includes the towns of Wolfach and Schiltach as well as the municipalities of Oberwolfach, Bad Rippoldsau-Schapbach, and Schenkenzell (including their districts). Projects that are ready for planning within the defined funding areas and demonstrate a significant contribution from the applicants themselves will be supported. The application deadline is March 31 each year.
