The Sparkassenstiftung „Zukunft Elbe-Elster-Land“ was founded in 1999 by the Sparkasse Elbe-Elster and is based in Finsterwalde. As a regional sponsor in the Elbe-Elster district, it provides substantial financial resources to create long-lasting visible signs of public benefit. Its goal is the financial support of charitable projects in the fields of art and culture, monument preservation and maintenance, child and youth welfare, healthcare, sports, environmental and nature conservation, as well as education, general and vocational training. Mission & Vision
The Sparkassenstiftung „Zukunft Elbe-Elster-Land“ aims, as a long-term regional sponsor, to set visible signs of public benefit and to sustainably strengthen the cultural, social, and ecological coexistence in the Elbe-Elster region. To this end, it continuously provides substantial financial resources and supports projects that make a direct contribution to the quality of life and future viability of the region.
Target groups
Applicants can only be non-profit organizations operating in the Elbe-Elster district. This includes, in particular, schools, foundations, associations, and other non-profit entities. Funded projects must be implemented in the Elbe-Elster region and serve a non-profit purpose. International projects are excluded.
