The Sparkassenstiftung Zukunft für den Landkreis Rosenheim was established in 2006 on the occasion of the 150th anniversary of the Sparkasse Rosenheim-Bad Aibling. The foundation is a legally capable public foundation under civil law and is based in Rosenheim. Its goal is to improve the quality of life in the Rosenheim region by supporting projects in the fields of art and culture, science and research, education and upbringing, youth and elderly care, nature and environmental protection, landscape and monument preservation, local heritage, public health, customs, and sports. The foundation works closely with various partners to enable forward-looking innovations and to preserve the cultural heritage of the region.
