Mission & Vision
MA 10 aims to provide all children in Vienna aged 0 to 6 with high-quality, needs-oriented early childhood education. It promotes the compatibility of work and family life, supports private and public providers in early childhood education, and trains professionals to ensure a diverse, inclusive, and future-oriented offering in the long term.
Target groups
The funding and support services of MA 10 are aimed at Viennese children aged 0 to 6 years and their families, private sponsoring organizations, kindergartens, after-school care centers, children's groups and childminders in Vienna, educational professionals and trainees in the early childhood education sector, as well as parents and legal guardians who require placement assistance, counseling, and financial support within the framework of the free kindergarten model.
