Stifterforum Dachau
About the funder
The Stifterforum Dachau is the overarching brand name of the "Donor Community of Sparkasse Dachau," a non-legal trustee umbrella foundation. The foundation was established on December 10, 2009, by Sparkasse Dachau as the founding donor, managed by DT Deutsche Stiftungstreuhand AG. Under the motto "Doing good!", the Stifterforum brings together five thematic sub-foundations (Environment, Sports, Clubs & Health, Arts & Culture, Education & Science), the Employee Foundation, and 17 community foundations in the city and district of Dachau. True to the self-conception of Sparkasse Dachau, the Stifterforum promotes charitable projects in the region sustainably and impact-oriented, independent of economic fluctuations. By 2024, well over €3.9 million in funding has been disbursed, supporting more than 1,650 projects.
