About the funder
The DSG ASTORA Foundation acts exclusively and directly for charitable purposes with the aim of promoting youth sports, primarily in the region of the Saxon state capital Dresden. It supports both logistical and financial measures for its own and external sports facilities. In particular, the foundation promotes sports clubs in Dresden, which often operate on a voluntary basis but suffer from financial constraints. Many parents are unable to afford the equipment and travel costs for their children. Therefore, the foundation approaches small and medium-sized enterprises to assist sports clubs in their organization and financing. It is convinced that Dresden can assume a pioneering role in Germany through joint support.

Mission & Vision
The DSG ASTORA Foundation is committed to providing young athletes in Dresden with fair starting conditions.
