The target group for funding consists of church congregations, ecclesiastical organizations, and church construction or art departments within the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Oldenburg. Projects involving church and chapel buildings as well as their surroundings are supported, provided they are planned in coordination with the Higher Church Council and the construction department and serve the statutory preservation or new construction measures.
