Stiftung Gioiadivita
About the funder
Stiftung Gioiadivita is a non-profit private foundation based in Munich, which sees itself as a "life school for children and adolescents." Using its own funds, it has so far realized three flagship projects: the children's house "Die Wolpertinger" in Munich-Schwabing as an urban oasis for children, the life school in southern Italy as a learning center for practical life skills, and the olive tree culture with harvest holidays and olive oil sponsorships. The foundation pursues a holistic approach that focuses on potential development, community, and process-oriented developmental phases.

Mission & Vision
We create spaces where holistic development and the unfolding of potential are fostered, and lived community is made possible. Taking into account the human phases of life and development, we work process-oriented and value authenticity, non-dogmatism, ideological freedom, and international openness. For us, love and the unfolding of potential mean embracing diversity as a gift.
Target groups
The funding programs of the Gioiadivita Foundation are primarily aimed at children and adolescents as well as educational institutions and school classes seeking an experiential space for holistic learning and communal interaction. Additionally, EU interns and individuals interested in educational and cultural projects in rural southern Italy, as well as in sustainable agriculture and olive oil production, benefit from the Foundation’s programs.
