Stiftung Gute-Tat
About the funder
The Gute-Tat Foundation was established in December 2000 through the private initiative of entrepreneur Jürgen Grenz. Its objective is to structurally support the voluntary commitment of private individuals, non-profit organizations, and responsible companies. With the online platform Gute-Tat.de and the initiative "Today an Angel," the foundation offers a low-threshold, unbureaucratic mediation service for short-term and long-term engagements. To date, over 30,000 volunteers have been registered, approximately 600 projects supported, and more than 2,500 organizations networked.

Mission & Vision
Our mission is to make finding volunteer opportunities as easy as searching for jobs online. A smooth, personalized placement process creates positive experiences that motivate volunteers to recommend their experiences and remain actively engaged over the long term. Communication, support, and counseling are indispensable elements of our work.
Target groups
The Stiftung Gute-Tat targets three groups: private individuals seeking a suitable volunteer position; non-profit organizations in need of qualified volunteers; and companies aiming to promote employee engagement.
