Mission & Vision
As a church-based charitable commitment, the foundation stands for lived Christian solidarity: "Bear one another's burdens" (Gal 6:2). It is dedicated to covering unmet needs in family support, youth welfare, and disability services, fostering potential, and specifically empowering people in distress. Its goal is to provide sustainable support, where donors and benefactors become partners who strengthen social cohesion and enable children, young people, and adults to live a dignified life.
Target groups
The foundation is aimed at children, adolescents, and young adults as well as their families in the Diocese of Regensburg who find themselves in special life situations or need to overcome social and financial hardships. It also supports adults with disabilities who require specialized support services. Eligible for funding are individuals and projects within the institutions and services of the Catholic Youth Welfare of Regensburg, particularly in areas such as curative education, educational assistance, vocational rehabilitation, and outpatient youth services.
