Stiftung Landdrostei Pinneberg<br>Haus des Barock und der Moderne

The Stiftung Landdrostei Pinneberg is a public-law foundation of the Pinneberg district and the operator of the cultural center "Die Drostei – House of Baroque and Modernity." In the historic Drostei, a listed Baroque building, changing exhibitions, concerts, readings, and literary events are presented. The cultural education program is complemented by digital formats (Drostei Digital) and the arts and crafts and design market "Drosteimarkt," which annually attracts 35–40 exhibitors and around 2,000 visitors. The foundation is financed through public funds, donations, and support associations and is committed to the preservation and further development of cultural structures in the region.

The Stiftung Landdrostei Pinneberg promotes vibrant culture in rural areas by combining Baroque architecture with modern art and cultural formats. Its goal is to make cultural diversity visible, facilitate education and exchange, and offer artists as well as culture enthusiasts of all generations an attractive meeting place. In doing so, it relies on cooperation with regional partners and volunteer engagement.

The offerings of the Stiftung Landdrostei are aimed at a broad audience: professional and amateur artists, artisans, literary creators, young people, families, and culturally interested citizens of the Southwest Schleswig-Holstein region. Local associations, schools, administration, and politics are also involved in networking and training formats to strengthen cultural dialogue and collaboration on site.
