About the funder

The Stiftung Lebenshilfe Berlin is a foundation under civil law, established in 1998 based on an inheritance. It supports projects that enable people with disabilities in Berlin and the surrounding area to participate equally in social life. All activities are financed through private donations and flow directly into project work without any deduction for administrative costs. The board and advisory council work on a voluntary basis to ensure that as many funds as possible benefit people with disabilities directly.
