About the funder
Stiftung Persönlichkeit is a public foundation under civil law, established in 2007 and based in Nuremberg. Its mission is to discover, develop, and support the talents of children and adolescents in the fields of music, theater, art, and sports. The foundation advises institutions in the preschool and school sectors, selects projects, accompanies and finances them, and evaluates their outcomes. In doing so, it involves experienced personalities from the arts, music, and sports as "ambassadors" in the project work and cooperates with regional partners to provide comprehensive aesthetic education.

Mission & Vision
Children should grow into diverse personalities. Our goal is to equally promote their musical, creative-artistic, and athletic abilities alongside cognitive education, thereby enabling comprehensive personality development. We believe in the transformative power of aesthetic education and bring professionals into institutions to support each child in their uniqueness.
Target groups
The funding programs are aimed at children and adolescents in daycare centers and schools in Bavaria, particularly in the Nuremberg area. The recipients include both the institutions (kindergartens, primary schools, secondary schools) and the children and adolescents learning there, who gain access to high-quality offerings in music, theater, art, and sports through projects.
