About the funder
SWT-Akademie GmbH was founded in 2014 and is a certified provider (SocialCert) specializing in individual coaching for professional integration and business start-ups. Thanks to the Activation Voucher (AVGS), all coaching sessions are free of charge for participants. The academy offers a wide range of modules – from job coaching and self-placement coaching to application video training, social coaching, and programs for start-up founders. Additionally, it supports people with a migration background in the recognition of qualifications and job-related language courses.

Mission & Vision
The SWT Academy is committed to ensuring that all people can participate in our society to a fair extent. It provides services through consulting, develops ideas and projects, offers qualification through further training measures, and places unemployed individuals into employment relationships up to the primary labor market. The foundation is the strengthening of personal initiative and the promotion of individual potential, so that everyone can find their path to a self-determined professional and social life.
Target groups
The offerings of the SWT Academy are aimed at unemployed individuals and those at risk of unemployment, founders and prospective founders, women (especially single mothers and women returning to work), people who are new to Germany (asylum seekers, migrants), as well as anyone requiring individual support with applications, career reorientation, or social integration.
