Stiftung Solidarisches Landvolk
About the funder
The Stiftung Solidarisches Landvolk was established in 2003 to secure a long-term financial foundation for the Catholic Rural People's Movement (KLB) Augsburg. Under the umbrella of the foundation, individuals and organizations can concretely and permanently support the educational and advocacy work of the KLB through endowments, legacies, or donations. The foundation promotes not only spiritual deepening through the veneration of the rural patrons Niklaus and Dorothea von Flüe but also social services such as rural family counseling, as well as development projects and emergency aid both domestically and abroad.

Mission & Vision
Create a reliable foundation to secure and support the work of the KLB in the Diocese of Augsburg, with its diverse and valuable commitment to church and world, for the future. The foundation sees itself as an expression of lived solidarity and offers both large and small donors the opportunity to have an impact across generations and to enable annual projects in the fields of education, faith promotion, and social assistance.
Target groups
The funding programs of the Stiftung Solidarisches Landvolk are aimed, on the one hand, at organized youth groups and associations (e.g., parish or party youth, youth departments of clubs) within the Diocese of Augsburg, who plan and carry out events together under the motto #GetConnected. On the other hand, donors—whether individuals or institutions—who wish to support the educational, faith-based, and aid projects of the KLB in the long term through endowments, legacies, or donations, constitute key target groups.
