About the funder

The Stiftung Sporthilfe Sachsen is the legally recognized foundation under civil law of the Saxony State Sports Association. Its goal is to support elite and youth competitive sports in the Free State of Saxony through targeted financial and non-material assistance to athletes. In particular, with the program "Talents for the Olympics," it offers young athletes from Olympic and Paralympic summer and winter sports transitional support until they receive assistance from the German Sports Aid or sports funding groups of the federal and state governments.
