Stiftung Viva La Musica

Music is more than just sound – it connects, inspires, and empowers. As a non-profit foundation based in Itzehoe and the Schleswig-Holstein region, the Stiftung Viva La Musica is committed to providing children and young people access to the world of music and supporting their talents in the long term. This includes the provision of loan instruments, funding for lessons, assistance with organizing concerts, as well as regional collaborations with schools, musicians, and cultural institutions.

We believe in the transformative power of music. Our goal is to strengthen musical education and cultural participation for children, adolescents, and young adults in Schleswig-Holstein. Through straightforward, collaborative, and impact-oriented project funding, we aim to promote equal opportunities, foster community, and unlock creative potential – from the first musical steps to the professional support of young talents.

The funding programs of the Viva La Musica Foundation are aimed at children, adolescents, and young adults in Itzehoe and throughout Schleswig-Holstein. Support is provided to individuals and groups, regardless of origin or financial situation, who are musically engaged or wish to learn new instruments. School projects with a musical focus, emerging talents in the form of scholarships and competitions, as well as local initiatives and club projects also belong to our target group.
