Strahlemann-Stiftung
About the funder
The Strahlemann Foundation is a non-profit foundation under civil law, operational since 2008, based in Heppenheim. It promotes educational projects both in Germany and worldwide in a long-term and sustainable manner. Through initiatives such as the Talent Company, Talent Elements, and international training projects in countries like Ethiopia, India, and Nepal, it supports children and young people—especially disadvantaged groups—in discovering their talents and starting their professional lives independently. All governing bodies of the foundation work on a voluntary basis; the projects are financed by companies, sponsoring foundations, and private supporters.

Mission & Vision
We are convinced: Education is the key to a self-determined life, independence, and attractive future opportunities. Every child deserves the same chance at education in order to shape their life responsibly and independently. With our network of business, schools, and civil society, we create spaces for education and perspectives for young people.
Target groups
The programs of the Strahlemann Foundation are aimed at children and young people who need our support and appreciation. The focus is on students in Germany who are about to transition from school to professional life, as well as socially disadvantaged youth and young adults in developing regions worldwide. The goal is to provide them with sustainable educational and training opportunities and to support them on their path to an independent life.
