About the funder
Team Musiala Foundation is a non-profit foundation founded by Jamal Musiala and Carolin Musiala that supports children aged 7 to 12 in football clubs through interactive courses on value education, growth mindset, and mental strategies. The programs consist of age-appropriate, seven-week units of 15–20 minutes each, which can be easily integrated into regular training sessions. For each completed course series, clubs receive equipment such as balls, goals, and sports bags. By using the microcosm of football, the foundation promotes self-reflection, team spirit, and social cohesion.
