Toni Jansen-Stiftung, Stiftung des Sozialwerkes Aachener Christen e.V.

Public foundation

About the funder

The Toni Jansen Foundation was established in 2003 by the founding donors Dr. Toni Jansen and Dr. Götz Dyckerhoff as an independent foundation of the Sozialwerk Aachener Christen e.V. The purpose of the foundation is the financial security and needs-based support of projects and initiatives of the Sozialwerk that cannot be financed through public funds. Through additional endowments and donations, the foundation's capital base is increased to provide funds quickly and unbureaucratically for social, cultural, and integrative projects in Aachen. The foundation is co-owner of the Rosfabrik and operator of the guesthouse on Salvatorberg, and together with the Sozialwerk supports cultural offerings around the Salvatorkirche.

Mission & Vision

The Toni Jansen Foundation promotes long-term civic engagement to support people facing professional or personal difficulties through aid for self-help and to strengthen their integration into society. By securing and increasing its asset base, it enables the Sozialwerk Aachener Christen e.V. to respond flexibly and unbureaucratically to social needs.

Target groups

Projects and services of the Sozialwerk Aachener Christen e.V. in and around Aachen are supported, benefiting disadvantaged individuals—such as those facing social, health, or labor market barriers. This includes initiatives at the Rosfabrik, the guesthouse on Salvatorberg, cultural events, and other integrative programs for people in challenging life situations.
