Mission & Vision

We make quality education, participation, and health a given, regardless of background or income. As a long-term strategic partner, we rely on entrepreneurial excellence, collaboration, and pragmatic transparency. Our goal is to sustainably scale proven solutions and dismantle structural barriers for young people.

Target groups

The USC targets children and young people in Germany who suffer from structural disadvantages. Approximately 2.8 million adolescents – about 20% of all young people – grow up in living conditions that limit their educational and participation opportunities. The foundation particularly supports initiatives that address these issues and transform untapped potential into concrete prospects.
