About the funder

The "Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs" Support Office is a central body established by the European Union to coordinate the eponymous exchange program for start-up founders and experienced entrepreneurs. In close cooperation with the European Commission and numerous national contact points, the office ensures a consistent implementation of the program, strengthens the pan-European dimension of the exchange of experience, and supports both new and host entrepreneurs in all organizational and contractual matters. It serves as a point of contact for inquiries, provides informational materials, and guarantees smooth communication among all parties involved.

Mission & Vision

Our mission is to promote the founding, growth, and internationalization of small and medium-sized enterprises in Europe by providing a structured framework for cross-border exchange of experience between young entrepreneurs and established business leaders. We create a supportive environment where knowledge transfer, networking, and cultural exchange contribute to strengthening entrepreneurial skills and building sustainable business relationships.

Target groups

The program targets two main groups: new entrepreneurs (start-ups or young companies that have been established for a maximum of three years) with a viable business idea and the desire to deepen their operational knowledge abroad, as well as experienced host entrepreneurs (owners or managers of micro and small enterprises) who are willing to share their expertise and benefit from fresh impulses through international partnerships. Furthermore, the office supports the European intermediary organizations, which act as local contact points and accompany both target groups throughout the entire exchange process.
