Mission & Vision

Our goal is to make a sustainable contribution to society by specifically supporting research projects and young scientists in the natural and engineering sciences, as well as by supporting health, education, and nature conservation projects. We see ourselves as a competent partner for research institutions and are also committed regionally in Waldkraiburg to jointly promote innovation and integration.

Target groups

The Zeidler Research Foundation targets research institutions and universities (particularly in the natural and engineering sciences) to support scientific projects and development work in emissions protection and materials science; early-career researchers seeking doctoral scholarships in STEM disciplines; students and founding teams in the STEM field (e.g., TUM IDEAward, MINT Maker); schools and educational institutions to strengthen the scientific and technical interest of children and youth, especially from disadvantaged groups; as well as public and private partners in the Waldkraiburg region (e.g., small and medium-sized enterprises) for cooperative projects aligned with the foundation’s purpose.
