Mission & Vision

"The saying 'It takes a whole village to raise a child' is the guiding principle of the Zeitbild Foundation. It is committed to networking all stakeholders – parents, educators, teachers, lecturers, youth welfare services, businesses, media, and governmental actors – to promote social participation and equal opportunities through education and upbringing. The goal is to strengthen children and young people in their personal development and prepare them for a responsible social coexistence."

Target groups

Children and young people growing up in socially challenging living conditions, as well as their educational mentors, are supported. The programs are aimed at schools and daycare centers nationwide, teachers, educational professionals, and multipliers who are strengthened in their work through creative, digital, and historical-political educational offerings. Additionally, the foundation cooperates with universities, youth welfare institutions, and civil society organizations to establish sustainable learning networks.
