About the funder
Zukunftsstiftung Mensch und Gesellschaft is a non-profit foundation under the GLS Trust based in Bochum. It was established by the founding benefactor Ingeborg Diederich and supports time-limited initiatives and projects under non-profit sponsorship, especially in the start-up phase. The foundation promotes endeavors in the fields of education and research, democratic participation, international understanding, tolerance, and civic engagement.

Mission & Vision
The Zukunftsstiftung Mensch und Gesellschaft aims to strengthen individual innovative capacity and commitment in order to generate impulses for our common good. It provides project developers in nonprofit organizations with a platform, supports new ideas, and thus contributes to the sustainable development of an open and solidaristic society.
Target groups
Individuals and groups under non-profit sponsorship who independently plan and implement initiatives or projects with social relevance are supported. Private commercial enterprises are excluded from funding. A prerequisite is that the processing takes place within the framework of German non-profit law.
