Action Cultural Land: General Funding

The Aktion Kulturland Non-Profit Foundation for Agriculture and Ecology supports farm initiatives nationwide that combine ecological cultivation methods with socio-cultural offerings. Funding is provided to agricultural enterprises, operational communities, and initiatives that aim to develop into so-called Kulturland farms. These farms unite organic farming, landscape management, and species protection with educational and community projects, care and work opportunities for disadvantaged groups, as well as events for visitors. Support is not provided in the form of pure financial aid but as non-material assistance through expert advice, networking, and exchange with other Kulturland farms. The foundation's goal is to establish a sustainable agricultural culture that equally strengthens soil fertility, biodiversity, and the common good. Kulturland farms contribute to climate and nature protection through hedge planting, the care of rare crops and animals, and practical environmental education. They consciously open themselves to the public with farm festivals, educational programs for school classes, and regional direct marketing. Funding is continuously available according to fixed deadlines and can be applied for within the framework of project proposals.
