Registration as a Program Provider for Children's Art Day

The element-i Educational Foundation gGmbH invites educational institutions and non-profit organizations in Baden-Württemberg to submit creative program offerings for the nationwide Children's Art Day on May 12, 2026. Daycare centers as well as cultural education institutions can register as program providers and design interactive and age-appropriate art activities in the morning hours. The initiative aims to provide children and young people with access to artistic forms of expression, promote diverse media skills, and integrate artistic impulses into everyday daycare life. The focus is on thematic areas from culture, media, training and further education, as well as social space orientation, in order to represent a wide variety of formats.

Interested providers must submit the required documents by March 12, 2026, via an online form or by email: a concise program description, complete contact details, as well as information on time slots and group sizes. The planned offerings should be designed to be child-friendly, consider group sizes of 8 to 16 children, and be feasible during the morning period. After submission, a prompt review and publication in the program overview will follow. The allocation is based on suitability for children’s groups as well as practical feasibility within the intended timeframe. By participating, program providers receive a platform to present their interactive art formats to a large network of daycare centers and to sustainably strengthen cultural education processes.
