Description

Annuity grants pursuant to the Carinthian Housing Promotion Act 2017 support private individuals in Carinthia with the repayment of an additionally mortgage-secured bank or building society loan within the framework of a housing promotion loan. Eligible for funding are natural owners or co-owners who use the subsidized apartment as their main residence and whose annual income does not exceed the maximum value specified in § 5 Z 22 K-WBFG 2017. The funding runs over a period of up to 120 months and can be claimed in two phases – initially five years and an optional extension for a further five years. Applications can be submitted at any time since 01.01.2020, allowing the regular payment of grants to be flexibly adapted to individual construction and financing phases.

Only the repayment of the mortgage-secured loan is funded, provided that its amount corresponds at least to the grant amount stated in the approval notice. The following documents are required for the application: proof of loan agreement, registration certificates of all apartment users, current proof of income, completed application form for the annuity grant, as well as a bank confirmation of outstanding loans in case of extension.
