Annuity Grants (New Construction Funding)

The Annuitant Grants Program (New Construction Funding) of the State of Tyrol supports private builders and purchasers in the new construction or initial acquisition of rental housing complexes, eligible overall developments (condominiums), as well as elderly and nursing homes. The goal is to create affordable and sustainable living space in Tyrol and to promote future-proof construction projects in the areas of residential construction, modernization, infrastructure, and urban development. Funding is provided in the form of a direct grant, which is awarded in conjunction with a previously approved housing promotion loan. Applications can generally be submitted at any time, with the application to be submitted either concurrently with the loan application or at the latest upon occupancy of the residential property. There is no time limitation on the funding period.

Official application forms and templates (e.g., F26, F28b, F64, F92) are required for the application process and are available free of charge on the website of the Housing Promotion Department of the State of Tyrol. The grant is paid out in monthly installments following positive approval and occupancy of the residential property. A prerequisite is that the construction project has been funded within the framework of object promotion with a housing promotion loan. The budget volume is unlimited; reclaiming of funds remains reserved.
