Annuity Grants

In Carinthia, private individuals can benefit from the annuity subsidies granted within the framework of housing promotion for the partial repayment of an additional mortgage-secured loan. This subsidy supports the repayment of a loan taken out to finance a housing promotion-supported apartment or a home used as the main residence. The funding is approved for a period of four years each time and is available until December 31, 2032. Applications can be submitted at any time after the housing promotion has been paid out and the property has been actually occupied; a renewal is possible within one year after the expiration of the previous four-year period. Retroactive half-year funding can be considered in case of late application submission.

Eligible for funding are private individuals who have already received housing promotion and whose annual income does not exceed the maximum amount specified in the Carinthian Housing Promotion Act 1997 (K-WBFG 1997). To apply, in addition to the fully completed application form, copies of the loan agreement as well as an official confirmation of the main residence and persons living in the household must be submitted. The funding requirements include the granting of housing promotion, compliance with income limits, and timely application submission after disbursement and occupancy.
