Description

Work Inclusive – Parts 1 and 2 offers permanent support in Baden-Württemberg for employers who integrate severely disabled and significantly disabled individuals into social security-contributing employment relationships. Through supplementary wage subsidies ranging from 30% to 70% of gross salary expenses, new jobs are promoted and the economic stability of inclusive employment relationships is strengthened. The funding period is up to 60 months and allows reliable planning security for companies and public institutions that provide suitable fields of activity. The goal is to increase participation in the general labor market and create long-term prospects for people with disabilities.

A prerequisite for funding is that the registered office or branch is located in Baden-Württemberg and that a severely disabled or significantly disabled person is employed for at least 15 hours per week (12 hours per week in inclusion companies). Eligible expenses are limited to gross salary costs. The application must be submitted before the start of the employment relationship via the local integration specialist services; the corresponding form is always available there. Since applications can be submitted continuously, employers benefit flexibly from this subsidy option to sustainably realize inclusive jobs and promote social participation in the primary labor market.
