Description

As part of an initiative by the state of Carinthia, a grant program supports companies in the introduction and auditing of the quality seal audit berufundfamilie. The objective is to strengthen the compatibility of work and family and to sustainably establish a family-friendly corporate culture. Eligible for funding are Carinthian companies of all sizes that wish to undergo the initial audit process or a re-audit. One-time grants of up to €2,500 for initial audits and up to €1,500 for the first and second re-audits are available. These cover external consulting and assessment costs and preserve internal resources for successful certification.

A prerequisite for approval of funds is the submission of a subsidy application to Department 13 of the Office of the Carinthian State Government, as well as proof that the project cannot be fully financed from own resources. Accompanying documents to be submitted include a financing plan and confirmation of the award by Familie & Beruf Management GmbH. After completion, original invoices from auditors and assessors, payment receipts, and an overview of implemented and planned measures must be provided as proof of use. Applications can be submitted continuously from the start until the completion of the auditing process. The funding decision is made within the framework of a discretionary procedure based on a family policy measure guideline and aims to establish a sustainable and employee-oriented personnel policy.
